Marathon Training Group
Our goal race is the flat and fast Niagara Falls International Marathon on Sunday, October 26, 2014. This is one of few marathons in the world to start in one country and finish in another; and finishes at the magnificent Niagara Falls!
This 16 week program, that starts on Monday, July 7th, tailors your individual needs in a fun setting with personal coaching and encouragement.

- Full Marathon Beginner Group: For those participants whose goal it is to complete a marathon and are currently able to run 15 miles per week.
- Full Marathon Advanced Group: For those participants who can currently finish a marathon and are interested in improving their finishing time. Current mileage should be 20+ per week.
- Half Marathon Beginner Group: For those whose goal it is to complete a half marathon and who can currently run 10-15 miles per week.
- Half Marathon Advanced Group: For those who can currently complete a half marathon and are interested in improving your time. Current running mileage of 15 miles+
- 16 week training program with detailed weekly/daily workouts
- Coaches will deliver the weekly coached workouts and training tips
- Unlimited email access to the coaches
- A fun and supportive group to run with, in all kinds of weather, with lots of camaraderie

- Saturday group runs at 7:00am in the Amherst/Williamsville area (occasional group runs will start at Runner's Roost in Orchard Park)
- Detailed maps and directions for all group training runs
- Water and Gatorade for group runs
