Designed for athletes of varying levels and abilities, this training weekend is inviting, educational, motivating, effective, and fun! With small groups and a high coach-to-athlete ratio, this learning environment is designed to accommodate individual learning needs. Whether you are doing the Ironman in Lake Placid or simply want a great weekend of training and camaraderie, TriVault’s training weekend is for you! Located in the spectacular Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, Lake Placid makes for a perfect training venue in June.

Payment: Payment is due in full at registration.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation for any reason 60 days or more before the date of the camp will require a $150.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for any cancellations within 60 days of the camp. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. If TriVault Inc. needs to cancel the camp, we will do so prior to May 12, 2016. In this event, you will be issued a full refund. TriVault Inc. is not responsible for any fees associated with planning your trip, such as airfare.
Climate: The weather during this time of year can vary from 50-85 degrees as a daily high. Chances of rain are very high, so come prepared for all weather conditions.

What to Bring: Bring everything you need to Swim, Bike, and Run for the duration of the camp. The Lake Placid area tends to be quite cool in the morning and evening hours and pleasant during the day. Sweaters, jackets, and rain gear are recommended.

- Ride and run with sag support, nutrition, and Gatorade Endurance Formula products.
- Swim, bike, run instruction.
- Presentations by certified TriVaut coaches.
- Informal socials with athletes and coaches.
- Access to TriVault coaches during the camp.
- Q & A session with TriVault coaches.
- Access to RunMD products for post training recovery.
